What are the qualifying regions?
Agencies who have registered head offices in the following locations are eligible to enter the awards:
Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, East Sussex, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire.
What is the entry process?
The awards are now open for entries. To enter, register yourself on the system, create a profile, choose any categories you’d like to enter and pay for them. Once payment has cleared, you will then be sent a link to fill out your entry and submit it for judging.
How much does it cost?
Entry to the league table is free of charge. All other categories are £120 per entry. If you enter after the deadline you will need to pay a late entry fee of £150 per category. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate.
What should I submit?
All entries should include an explanatory brief. You should also submit supporting evidence to add weight to your entry, which can include things like screenshots, client testimonials, designs and URLs. Read our blog post for some tips and tricks on compiling an award winning entry.
When is the entry deadline?
The deadline for entering is Friday 28th June, 2019. All final submissions accompanied by the relevant payment must be in by this date. Beyond that date you will have to pay a late entry fee. The absolute last date for entries is the 5th July.
How should I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards and you will be able to pay through our online system or by bank transfer.
NB: A surcharge of up to 2.48% will apply for card payments.
When is the payment deadline?
All entry payments at the standard price must be cleared by Friday 28th June, 2019. Once payment has been received you will be able to fill in your entry(ies). Payments made after the 28th must clear by the 5th July to be considered and will be subject to a late entry fee.
What if we built a website for a brand that sells to consumers and businesses?
What is the brand best known for? If it’s not clear where does the greatest proportion of their revenue come from? Don’t worry unnecessarily, should the judges disagree with your classification, they will move your entry to the relevant category without penalty
What details need to be submitted for the financial categories?
For the League Table please provide your digital turnover (excluding media, PPC and data) for 1st April 2018 - 31st March 2019 along with your confirmed statutory accounts, if available. For the Fastest Growth category please upload your confirmed signed statutory accounts covering the last three years. Photos of Profit & Loss accounts cannot be accepted.
Will my accounts details be published?
Absolutely not, they will only be viewed by the judges of the League Table, and/or Fast Growth category during the judging process.
Can I enter more than one project in a category?
Of course! You can enter as many categories and as many projects into one category as you like subject to relevance.
When will the shortlist be announced?
Shortlists will be announced week commencing 5th August 2019. We'll be in touch to let you know if you've been shortlisted!
